Currently looking for a bilingual recruiter to fill an opening within our Grand Rapids locations. Interested candidates should preferably have previous staffing experience with prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter
- Responsibilities include sourcing and screening applicants for a variety of temporary positions..
- This is a high volume environment where customers may need several people in a short time.
- Drive the placement process and support your Account Managers.
- Source and qualify potential candidates.
- Manage candidate tracking in our database
- Provide summary write-ups on candidate submissions to Account Manager.
- Prepare resume submissions to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Perform candidate reference checks.
- Extend job offers.
Requirements of the Recruiter
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is desired
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time
- Computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications
- Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
- Capability to handle many open positions and a work with a variety of people
- Team player
- Independent and motivated without much supervision
- Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented
- Proven past experience to compete and thrive in a challenging environment
- Must be bilingual, English/Spanish Speaking
Compensation of the Recruiter
- Salary: $18-$21
