Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Installer Foreman to lead our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and installation, along with proven leadership abilities. This role involves overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards.

This role involves overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sheet metal installers on HVAC projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Ensure all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
- Train and mentor team members on installation techniques and safety practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for installations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related problems.
- Prepare reports on project status, including timelines and labor needs.
- Enforce Company Safety Program
- Report all material shortages to the Purchasing Agent
- Train lead men to become foreman
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
- 3-5 years of Project Lead experience
- OSHA-30 certified
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication techniques.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
