Ruben Juarez – President

As WORKFORCE’s President & CEO, He’s a result driven business leader and entrepreneur with 15 years of extensive experience in Human Resources. Ruben’s background, experience, and business skills allow him to utilize the company’s many capabilities by building strong relationships and partnerships within our community. His roles have included professional recruitment, training, and staff development. He has a passion for making a positive difference and giving back to our community. Ruben graduated from Davenport University with Bachelor Degree, majoring in business management.

Craig Chamberlain – Vice President & Co-Founder

As WORKFORCE’s Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Craig is responsible for the company’s finance and accounting operations. As WORKFORCE continues to expand its offices, his strength in operations management and strategic operations, as well as financial management, are key components in accelerating WORKFORCE’s growth. With over 20 years of financial management experience, Craig has held CFO positions in a wide variety of businesses. Craig graduated from Central Michigan University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts – Business Administration degree majoring in finance.

Norma Lawson – Payroll Administrator

Over 20 years of general bookkeeping, accounting and tax experience, including payroll preparation and reporting, general ledger, budget/variance analysis, accruals, fixed asset reporting, accounting research, inter-entity account reconciliation, collections and cash flow, inventory, cost and fund accounting, non-profit setup and fund reporting, financial statement reporting, forensic accounting, sales tax reporting for multiple states, insolvency and company liquidation reporting.

Kathy Koetsier – Account Executive/Office Manager

Kathy is a great asset to our Norton Shore’s office, she brings more than 10 years experienced as a professional recruiter in areas such as, skilled trades, administration, industrial, and technical positions. Kathy is very passionate about meeting her client’s expectations and fulfilling the needs of our associate’s. She obtained her Bachelors of Business Management with an emphasis on Communications from Michigan State University.

Joe Silva – Account Executive

Joe brings more than 25 years of sales, recruiting and business development experience, Joe will be a welcome addition to the team.  For the past 12 years, Joe was a Recruitment Specialist and Multi Media Sales Consultant for the Holland Sentinel.  His main responsibilities were to create effective direct response materials for print, web and digital advertising that drives leads and customer response.  He managed a diverse project portfolio including, strategic planning, new business development, career fairs and customer satisfaction measurement.  Previous to this Joe was a co-owner of Person Net, a franchised staffing company servicing the surrounding Holland area. His main responsibilities were to ensure that all financial performance goals were met, oversaw the day to day operations, including sales and maintaining client relationships.

Joe will focus on establishing new client relationships in the Holland, Muskegon and the Grand Rapids areas with companies that seek Staffing and Payroll services. Joe has served on the Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity and the Holland Symphony Board of Directors.  Joe currently serves on the City of Holland Parks and Recreation commission and has a passion for serving our local community.

Jeffrey Perez – Account Executive

Jeffrey is no stranger to managing business through tough economic times. He has been instrumental in the strength and growth of our Grand Rapids market and has become a valued asset of our WORKFORCE Team. He began recruiting back in 2001 while living in Chicago and then returned back to Grand Rapids in 2005 to be closer to his family. Jeffrey’s dedication and constant strive for excellence carry him through every aspect of his life. He is constantly seeking ways to “do it better” for all of his customers. For Jeffrey, the more challenging the situation, the more satisfying the results.

Gloria Gardea – Human Resources Coordinator

Gloria is WORKFORCE’s organizational guru. She serves as the group’s assistant in everything recruiting related. This includes conducting research, managing the ATS, initial contact of candidates and some screening interviews depending upon the position. She has administrative background, having been an assistant manager responsible for scheduling, staff training, and report compilation. She later worked in the Human Resources department at Heinz Company before joining WORKFORCE on the temp side (our sister company) where she was an administrative assistant before becoming a recruiter. Gloria joined the ‘Search Group’ side of the business to expand her career in 2012 and brings all her analytical, organizational and recruiting skills with her. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Edwin Lopez – Recruiter

Edwin is currently pursuing a BA at Grand Valley State University, majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing with a minor in French. He had the opportunity to intern for WORKFORCE in the summer of 2012 culminating to a part time position. He participates with his local church, Victory Point and aids them with various projects for the advancement of the local community. His dedication, goal oriented and trilingual skills makes him a great addition to the WORKFORCE team.

Melissa Delgado – Administrative Assistant

As a Holland native, Melissa graduated from West Ottawa High School in 2007. She attended Grand Valley State University and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. This past year she has enjoyed volunteering with the Center for Women in Transition. Melisa Joined WORKFORCE as our Administrative Specialist and is responsible for human resources information including, research, recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems. Her position provides administrative and project management support to the Professional Recruiters & Directors.
