3rd Shift Machine Operator – Contract to Hire
📍 Location: Nunica, MI
A leading beverage manufacturing company in Nunica is seeking a reliable 3rd Shift Machine Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role starts with paid training on 1st shift for the first 30 days, followed by a permanent move to 3rd shift.
Our facility operates under strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintains a clean, sanitary environment. We're looking for candidates with a solid manufacturing background and a strong commitment to long-term employment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven long-term work history (must be reflected on resume)
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
