As a Kitchen Operator at Cheeze Kurls, you’ll play a key role in preparing and blending raw ingredients used in the production of our signature snack products. You’ll be responsible for following precise recipes, monitoring equipment, and ensuring the highest quality standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor kitchen equipment, kettles, mixers, and blenders to prepare product batches according to company recipes and specifications.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients such as oils, seasonings, cheese blends, and cornmeal.
- Follow production schedules and batch sheets to ensure accurate and timely preparation of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP).
- Record data such as lot numbers, ingredient usage, and batch information.
- Communicate with line operators and supervisors to ensure proper flow of product to the production lines.
- Inspect ingredients and report any quality or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, sanitation, and attendance.
