As the Production Coordinator of the facility, you will be responsible for production schedule, overseeing workflows and staffing needs, and supporting quality control measures to optimize productivity and maintain high standards of product quality. 

Job Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with General Manager to develop production schedules based on demand forecasts and processing requirements. 
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Grow team to ensure timely execution of production plans and alignment with operational objectives. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks or deviations from schedule, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain targets. 
  • Organize and prioritize tasks for harvesting and processing departments, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and staffing. 
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments involved to streamline workflow and minimize disruptions. Monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs, addressing issues promptly and minimize downtime. 
  • Follow Quality Control (QC) measures at various stages of production and processing. 
  • Maintain accurate records of QC activities, documenting observations, and corrective actions. 
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards. Support the General Manager and Director of Production in implementing training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and productivity.
