Responsibilities include:

  • Fully manage new hire onboarding including pre-employment screening management, welcome phone calls and emails to new employees, coordinating, tracking and collecting all paperwork, verifying i-9 documentation and assisting employees as needed through the process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria 
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Skills: 

Previous recruiting/HR experience is preferred. 
Ability to interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population 
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently  
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of organization
