JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Executive you will create customized staffing solutions, collaborate with our recruiting team, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Business Development:
• Identify potential clients in need of staffing services.
• Research their industry and needs.
• Generate leads through various channels.
• Create and execute a sales plan.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Consultative Selling:
• Understand client staffing requirements.
• Educate clients about our services.
• Present customized staffing solutions.
• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with recruiters for a smooth hiring process
Relationship Management:
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients.
• Be the main point of contact for client inquiries.
• Identify upsell opportunities with current clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins and client reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Gain an understanding of candidate qualifications.
• Facilitate the onboarding process.
• Provide ongoing support for client satisfaction.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Job Type: Full -Time
• Salary: $65k - $75k
• Bonus Structure: Uncapped
