- Assist in construction of seawalls, docks, and other marine structures
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized work areas
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including in shallow shoreline water
- Support skilled tradespeople and follow direction from lead staff
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Construction Lead
A leadership position for experienced candidates who can manage crews, uphold quality standards, and eventually lead projects independently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to help build a diverse crew.

- Manage daily on-site operations and coordinate with crew members
- Lead and train team members, especially in marine construction practices
- Act as a liaison between ownership and crew
- Uphold quality standards and safety practices
- Solve problems on-site and adapt to changing conditions
- Assist in building a bilingual (English/Spanish) crew for long-term projects
- Be willing to work alongside the owner for approximately one year to learn the company’s methods before leading independent projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction or general labor experience preferred
- Concrete construction, forming, or carpentry skills helpful
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Must have own hand tools, work boots, and water boots
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-player attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
