Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mix, cook, and process various raw materials consistent with daily production needs.
  2. Weigh all raw goods to specifications.
  3. Keep prep cooler and other work areas clean and organized.
  4. Monitor and maintains proper rotation of raw goods.
  5. Handle and stores leftover raw goods according to procedures.
  6. Document work accomplished and hazard analysis critical control point requirements according to procedures.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Required Qualifications/ Education/ Skills
  1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
 
Personal Qualities/ Characteristics
  1. Strong communication skills; Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. 
  2. Self motivated.
  3. Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
  4. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
 
Physical Activities Required – The physical activities described here are representative of those that must be met by a member to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 
  1. Extensive walking and standing 
  2. Reach with hands and arms
  3. Repetitive motion (hands/wrists)
  4. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  5. Must be able to push/pull roll tanks up to 2000 lbs
  6. Ability to stand and walk up to 2/3 of working time
  7. Ability to work in cold environment (Cooler, Freezer)
