Assemble mechanical assemblies and systems  
 
Accountabilities
 
  1. Follows all applicable safety procedures and practices safe work habits.
  2. Performs assembly activities as outlined in Standard Work Documents.
  3. Reads and interprets mechanical drawings, work instructions and specifications.
  4. Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
  5. Identifies non-conforming components.
  6. Initiates continuous improvement activities in own area, and supports continuous improvement activities of all employees.
  7. Adherence to Kanban material replenishment process.
  8. Performs other job activities as required.

Qualifications:
 
  1. 1-2 years relevant manufacturing experience
  2. Mechanically inclined
  3. Ability to communicate and interact effectively
  4. Ability to work equally well as part of an assembly team or individually 
  5. Organized with attention to detail
  1. Process focused with continuous improvement mindset 
  2. Works collaboratively across the business for maximum impact
